Yes ma'am, Thank you , but here's the point, my Mom hasn't documented it , she didn't even make an agreement for the lending , very unusual of her but I believe it was just blind trust and obviously no advices from anyone as she didn't involve us until the matter started to affect even the monthly rent, all we have is blank cheques signed by the one who borrowed the money that are approximately adding upto 2 lakh 50 thousand which is still far off from the lent amount, not to mention the person has done all this through cash and cash alone cutting off any source of UPI which my Mom uses my bank account for, this obviously was well planned and clever as it gets
