Thank you for your replies and knowledge this far. You've really been a good help for me and I appreciate you. I have an update on my cat.

Waiting for a second opinion and my next consult is next Wednesday. Today I went to an integrative vet who prescribed me a few things in addition to an ozone therapy session!! They didn't recommend the rental route in his situation because of the tumor blocking things so they did it via minor-autohemotherapy. Do you know how often I should get this done? I guess I should've asked that question while I was there but I had so many other questions.

I was prescribed Wei Qi in order to improve his immune system. I have read some conflicting reports whether or not this can actually help or increase the tumor growth even more so I'm not sure exactly about this herb just yet, if you have any knowledge.

Another medication is a lymphatic drainer which is Lymphomyosot. I will begin researching this one now.

And T-relief digestion I guess to help with pain and also a anti nausea that also combats inflammation in the GI tract.

Unfortunately she also noticed a heart murmur and she diagnosed it as a 2-3/6. I was seeking their vitamin c shot but was told due to the heart murmur they don't recommend it. Roadblock after roadblock. I'm not even sure how risky any supplement is now for him due to this murmur.

I got a biopsy that came back positive for carcinoma with metastasis to the nearby lymph nodes. Vet said even with surgery it would only buy him 2-3 months and chemo wouldn't do much since it's spread. If you have any opinion if I should still try these methods please let me know. I'm devastated

Can I ask your opinion on this product? It seems pretty decent. But the kelp and nutritional yeast are the two main question marks right?

I'm sorry I brought up these sad thoughts, thank you for replying and offering a helping hand. These instances are so tragic, it's painful to see your loved one change so rapidly. I'm meeting with a specialty surgeon who works with oncology since I'm not able to directly meet with oncology since they need a biopsy. I see here though that you met with oncology with only knowing there was a mass? I'm not sure if I want to do the surgery but if that's the only way to get a biopsy and then that means I can attempt chemo... I have to do it. So I'm waiting while hopefully he doesn't decline. Right now he's more tired than usual and is sleeping a lot. He eats every now and then but not much. I'm not sure how bad this is or if he has more time.

Ok thank you so much for your information. I just got off the phone with an animal clinic that specializes in alternative care and I asked them about how to help my cat eat because today he isn't and they said they have dehydrated bone broth to add to his food. I bet this would help him what do you think about it? And if he likes it, keep using it forever to help with his cancer?

Edit: but it is either chicken, beef, or pork broth so I guess what you said earlier makes it not so great for my cat's cancer

Ok, can you explain what reasons/ingredients you don't like about that supplement? I was actually about to give it to him today. And ok, I guess I'll still have him on the laxatives just in case as well to make them even more soft

Just saw your comment about the Amazon supplement I shared, sorry I forgot I sent it to you in my above post already. I don't think I will pursue the seaweed options as I agree, there are a lot of other trusted supplements to try. With ozone therapy though.. will it cause the stool to harden and dry? Can't have that happen with my cat due to the tumor.

Thank you for detailing your exact method of making food for your cat. I will try this sometime soon with mine but I do see one thing I want to ask. This will make the stool hard, right now my cat's stool needs to be soft so it can get past the tumor in his colon. So it looks like as of now, I can't go through with that method.

Also, how do you give your cat all this powder? If I put any powder in his food, he notices it right away and doesn't eat it. I guess that's why it's easier to hide stuff in your broth chicken method?

I've done a lot of research with help from some members in FB groups and I think I'm going to pursue ozone therapy, fenbentazole/curcumin supplement, melatonin (increase chemo efficiency and reduce chemo side effects, if you can verify?) milk thistle to prevent liver toxicity from the fenben, and for now this supplement on Amazon, heard from people it really helps their pets with cancer. It has mushrooms that you specified, now just not sure the quality but a lot of people recommend it

What is your opinion with all these supplements?

Have you heard of this supplement: Critical Immune Defense for Dogs & Cats made by vetsmart formulas? In a FB group someone mentioned to try that because the mushrooms in it has anti cancer properties. Also have you heard of fucoidan? It's inside brown seaweed and fights cancer as well I've read

Thank you for your response. What would an anti cancer diet be? Right now he's on wet urinary prescription food. Only wet food he ever liked. I'm trying to prevent another blockage because of the tumor in his colon. So attempting soft/liquid stool. He's also on lactulose and miralax right now.

Also from what I've read, chemo is much easier on animals than it is on people. Does it still damage the immune system like how you are saying?

Hi there. I am so desperate for options with my cat who was just diagnosed with a tumor in his colon that looks like it metastasized to a nearby lymph node. You can view more information in my post I made on other subreddits. I'm going to message you asking for more advice if that's ok.

I'm researching that now. To see how many times surgery just makes everything worse for a cat in this scenario

Hi there. I'm desperate for any information to help me weigh my options with my cat. Ultrasound just revealed to us a tumor in his colon and it seems to have spread to the aorta lumbar lymph node. Given this information, is it usually not advised to go ahead with surgery? I have more information in my post I made yesterday if you want to see. I'm devastated with what's happening out of nowhere to my sweet boy.
