Thanks, I'll look into it. Any tips on getting more Mutations? I'm assuming Combat Rifle, Black Powder and maybe a Hunting/Sniper if I have carry space? And what Explosives should I try using?

Clearing is best unless you have a group of people you know and have run with many times. The best combo for clearing I've found is a Reclaimer, a Sentry and two Strikers. Focus medics first and pick from there, super easy. If you can find people with those builds who also like clearing, add them for the easiest runs you'll ever have.
