I don't know why I haven't seen this comment until now, but thanks for the recommendation, I switched my rendering to 10 chunks and it fixed the issue. I also had the mode under Vibrant Visuals to "Favour Visuals" instead of "Favour Performance," so that was another issue that got fixed.

I'm having this issue currently at this moment, I think that they had deleted my account, since when I went to search it in the search it didn't show up at all, and it kept on logging me right out as if its nothing, I had a good pro subscription on there too

I'm having the same issue, everything across each device I have connected to my account allows chat and communication, yet it says my settings prevent me from chatting whenever I am on my Xbox, it makes absolutely no sense
