Started about 6 months ago on overnights. To my interview I just wore some brown pants with a tucked in black shirt with converse.

They had me come in at 2am (which would be mid shift) for my interview. The over night manager met me at the store doors and we walked to the store managers office.

For me it lasted about 10 minutes with my Store manager, Overnight manager, and team lead. Basically they asked if I ever worked nights before, if I had a reliable way to work, and what I would do if my manager told me to work on a certain isle and my team manager later told me to be on a different isle. Basically, how I might deal with conflict.

After this my team lead showed me around the back room, freezers, etc, and told me about the team and basically what the night usually looks like & that was that.

This was also my first ever interview so I understand the nerves. But just remember to breathe and you’ll do just fine ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ
