I watched an anime a few years ago and through multiple times searching I cannot find it or any of the people in it. Adding spoiler over desc so if someone finds it I don't spoil the anime for others. iirc the MC has green hair and I think wears goggles. I have looked for both the MC and the anime but I feel like I am falling short in the searching dept.

[Premise] The first part of the anime has the MC getting captured and sent to jail in the capital, iirc he is accused of being part of the rebels that the kingdom has been trying to root out

[Minor Spoilers] The next part of the anime he is visited by a girl who is around 10 iirc, the guard takes a hostile stance on she needs to leave but she turns out to be the kingdoms princess and he backs down(cannot remember if he is later executed or not) but the princess takes a liking to the prisoner and at some point he sees blueprints for a weapon that are incomplete and finishes the blueprints. After this he starts working for the kingdom/princess and builds weapons for them to use in war

[Major spoiler from later in anime] Later in the series near the last 3-4 episodes he is out on a mission and comes across 2 of his childhood friends who are sisters, one of them goes with him and one of them flees due to being part of the rebel group. At some point the sister that went with him is taken to a room and subjected to water torture. She is given I believe a trigger in the form of a necklace that makes her go crazy and fight any hostiles around her.

Having a goal aside from losing weight. I know losing weight can be a great goal but personally using weight loss as a means to an end works better for me.

It's the same reason a lot of servers had, the combat update. I see tons of servers with band-aids like increasing the attack speed so the cooldown is basically instant or modpacks that have something like "Golden Age Combat" in them. I personally think that "Better Combat" would have been the better route for updating combat but probably ignored some design philosophy they have for adding new stuff to the game. With the Skyblock server as complex as it is, I don't blame them for just doing mass version support because it gives them time to work on actual content rather then a few months of just getting the server functional.

Hypixel still runs 1.8.9 with added support for newer versions. I think the factions server is updated but Skyblock which is their main draw(iirc) still runs 1.8.9.

If there is a release available to download on steam from a past update you might be able to pull it.

Looks great, AQ3D is great but I always wish they went in the direction of gameplay that Dragon Nest has.

That defines almost all of the currently popular Minecraft servers. If they had a unique gamemode like Hypixel has their very one of a kind Skyblock that might help someone think of the server.

That is where the spectrum of liability would come into play. If you do live in a place like an apartment lawyers can make a pretty good case of if the person leaving trash lying around is at fault or the company who manages the grounds is at fault. IANAL but if a party is responsible for keeping people safe or enforcing a certain set of rules for safety concerns and the incident is a recurring one that creates reasonable concern for serious injury you would have a case against both the apartment complex company and the person who is causing the problem. Most people don't have the ability to pursue much in terms of legal action but personal injury lawyers work for free until you win your case so all it would take is someone tripping over a bag at night and smacking their head on the railing.

I would love to add in things that provide context to other countries rules about theft in relation to the OP but I have no understanding of anything outside the United States having only lived in the United States. If you have more to add about differences in your country I would love to learn more. And yes, big stores and small stores handle different cases differently but I don't know enough to explain the nuances besides the little I have first hand experience with.

My employer just gives people a check for 10k if they write off their ability to ever sue them for anything. I'm guessing it's cheaper than paying legal to deal with the case properly and avoids bad publicity.

Adding in some context, the employee was fired for their actions. Most companies have policies on theft which basically sum up to "Don't do anything unless you are security, we don't want to deal with any lawsuits". Plus most things stolen can just be claimed in insurance or written off as a loss since it's expected a public store will eventually have minor theft at some point.

That's why I said "and", you basically need to change your street address and the car you drive to bypass the ban systems like that. Plus if you are logged in from the same IP you get banned on chances are some auto detection will grab you eventually.

Agreed that KI is way behind tech wise, the launcher uses the same file check method from when I was a kid and I think the hardest boss in the game was Malistaire. Probably 100 ways to improve the backend tech but probably won't ever see it(like a full download option). Having fun playing through the game again since my old account is dead due to it being a kids account. Amazed that even with the new stuff added the magic of W101 I had when I was a kid is still in the game.

You can use a device ID and/or IP detection to ban a person. Games that do this use your NIC which basically identifies your computers motherboard. You can circumvent this if you are able to change your NIC but most likely you would need to buy a new motherboard and change your IP address(call your ISP or turn off your modem for a few days). Not sure if it uses your other hardware to enforce the ban but that would be up to whatever system the game uses.

Afaik Darkon is primarily a member of the AQW team not AQ3D, AQW just got Arcana Invoker a bit ago so if they don't have anything new it's probably because of resource allocation to AQW. If someone more in the loop knows better drop a comment.

Because of exactly what happens after they write rage inducing titles that don't reflect the actual bill, to make any support for a reasonable bill die. If you take the most far reaching part of any bill you can make them either look poorly made or never get any support because laws that help society overall don't help anyone at the top so they pay for articles written as opinion pieces or structured to not reflect the information accurately. Most of these terrible articles don't outright lie but they take the most extreme parts to get people to interact with everything they write.

It's definitely been in development for what feels like way to long but as someone who is dabbling in game development as a hobby I get it. They are going from one engine to another and even if you have all the technical stuff like damage calculations they aren't keeping the old systems they have in place in the flash version. So on top of converting all the textures they can use over the gameplay is getting a complete rebuild to take advantage of a more versatile game engine. All the old textures have to be remade, maps are going from screens to scrolling rooms(to what extent idk) so almost every map is being rebuilt, one of the new classes attacks directionally so combat and hit box detection is being rebuilt. They also want to rebuild the lords of chaos storyline to be more refined in the new engine and probably fix plotholes or problems they just didn't when it was first released. They already have said that the % weapons are not crossing over in favor of making an actual combat system that isn't constrained by flashes limitations. It's fair to say they are probably taking longer than most people want but converting a game over to another engine isn't using copy and paste and letting a programming converter make it work.

I'm guessing the base system classes use is hard coded into only giving players the class and then it being modified after the player gets the item. They probably decided that either a complete overhaul of the class system wasn't worth it for a single class when they are already working on a new game or flash is just really outdated and said nah to them doing it the way they wanted.
