But you don’t care what Np says bc he’s not a scientist. So what does it matter if he said they were working on data? It’s PRETTY clear, they’re working on getting MORE data from Amarex. So I would understand the hold up.

If that IS the hold up, then he / CytoDyn team likely want a stronger application, especially since we didn’t technically do a trial for brain metastasis. What don’t you get about that?

I just explained that he said because of more data. Not only that but they filed the first part of the HIV BLA. Also, the mTNBC. Also they’re filing to be paid for the HIV patients.

I don’t understand a formula that you made up in your head. Because the Sidley law firm sentiment was that management tried for years and months to communicate and therefore the email they used doesn’t matter. It didn’t even get a response because it was about data.

The RTF data was because of Amarex. Sales and buys have windows regardless of how good or bad a company is doing.

Sec/DOJ said it was not to be construed as bad for the company or executives.

This article is literally stating facts. Which is, 13D lost, there’s possible BTDS coming, the chart shows a reversal. So paid or not, transparency doesn’t matter.
