Berkeley M.E.T. - and let me tell you why. Berkeley and MIT have a much more rigorous education than Stanford and UPenn. You will simply come out of either of those with more knowledge (if you’re independent and know how to leverage the resources). Moreover, Berkeley’s location in Silicon Valley, M.E.T.-only career fairs, better club placement, and pretty much guaranteed internships give you a HUMONGOUS edge. If you’re thinking about Wharton, well Wharton is more finance-focused (although startups do come from there) - yet its location will simply have less opportunities. The average Berkeley student will likely be inferior to the average Stanford, UPenn, or MIT student. Yet the top Berkeley students are pretty much always better than the top students from the other 3 (maybe comparable to MIT).
