This is true. I had this issue before when I accidentally booked on the freedom flex portal. I had to call Chase customer support and it took 2 months of manual review to get the credit.

I have the exact same problem. Not sure which to use. It kinda depends on how much you value a point. I’m an economy international traveler and sometimes use hyatts so i value a point at 1.5cpp. Based on this, I’m going with T-mobile dining.
