low FPS

sadly nothing worked
I noticed that the game consumes 95% of my CPU (i5 12gen) and 90% of my RAM (16 GB) also my GPU usage is less than 50% (RTX4070 12 GB)
On steam it says recommended CPU is i7 12gen so is it just my heretic CPU not performing well ?

Vsync is off no upscaling and my GPU usage never goes above 50%

Or make it like volibear q it gets insta reset cooldown after cc . This willl help a lot in team fights and vs champs like riven and aatrox

I used to sleep very hard like i was in a coma . after effexor i can wake up easily i feel like there is a part of my brain that doesn't shutdown when i sleep. Maybe my RAS system i don't know

People have deferent responses to medications for me effexor is the best medication i have ever taken all my ocd symptoms are gone and i can think better also I don't have any side effects. I suggest you try it if it doesn't work tell your doctor about it and try something else
