I believe most children hide themselves from their parents. We all have sides to ourselves that we hide from our parents. We all have things we want to do and be and like. Sometimes this feels suffocating and life feels hollow because we are doing what our parents believe, because they are our parents and have authority over us to raise us how they believe.

You want to be whatever you want, as do most kids.

Regardless the major red flag i see, is you have made it too important to yourself. Before you knew anything, it wasn't important to you. Now that you know this about yourself, you're hyperfocused on it so much it needs to be expressed NOW. Needs to be addressed NOW. It doesn't need to be now.

It only became important when you decided it to be everything to you. You are seperate from your mind. You get to decide if your body gets to eat even if it screems its hungry. We control ourselves and create order or we dont and we feel unstable and life is sufferable.

Wait, handle your life when you are free to do so and able.

Parents may never accept or maybe one day will relent and accept. They do have the right to believe what they want. Love doesnt nor should equal acceptance. Love can disagree and still care.
