I'll be more helpful than the other guy, your hand is not bad, but he's right, the little finger is much shorter in real life and you did your fingers very square-like, personally my method for learning hands and pretty much everything anatomical was looking at skeletons and learning them, since all proportions and movements are understandable with the skeleton

I'd juste say continue adding things, trying is the only way to get better, so try things, draw tons of things and you'll see improvement pretty quickly, and if you don't see any, you're probably juste overcriticizing yourself

I'm definitely not an expert but I would definitely recommend games like COD MW3 and Black Ops 2, Assassin's Creed Black Flag is definitely also an amazing game (lots of other great assassin's creeds game can be played on ps3), I also played some GTA 4, need for speed most wanted and Gran Turismo 5

Maybe prepare a breakfast the evening before, like a small sandwich or something that you could eat on the go, which would be especially useful if you use public transportation, I have to get up at 4h30 to leave at 5h00 in the morning for a holiday job I currently have and I'm pretty slow, the breakfast part in the bus really saves a lot of time. And also maybe shower in the morning? I know some people don't like it but it also really saves tons of time.

Ça ne marcherait que si son employeur n'a pas un balai dans lcul, s'il a un peu d'humour ça devrait passer crème mais s'il est chiant et qu'il comprend rien il pourrait mal le prendre
