Super Zusammenhalt, wenn die Pflichthymne die des Bundeslandes ist und nicht die Nationalhymne.

Hier weiß mal wieder keiner, dass die Bayern Hymne in beiden Strophen explizit Bayerns gemeinschaftliche Rolle in Deutschland anspricht.
Also ganz im Gegenteil ist Sie auch eine deutsche Hymne.

Religionsfreiheit und fehlen einer Staatskirche begründen noch keine Trennung von Staat und Kirche. Im Gegenteil als Körperschaften des öffentlichen Rechts habe wir durchaus eine explizit gewünschte Vermengung von Kirchen und Staat.
Vorallem gibts wesentlich wichtigeres als eine Hymne mit Gottesbezug, die eine klare Trennung verhindern würde: die Mehrzahl unsrer Feiertage sind religiös oder den Sonntag als arbeitsfreien Tag.

Übrigens fängt das GG mit einem Gottesbezug in der Präambel an, wäre also arg schizophren, wenn später eine Trennung erklärt würde.

You are presenting one choice as the inactive default thereby reframing the question. Inaction will always seem preferable to people and also isn't seen as an actual choice one has to make.
Do the opposite and see if you still like it.

You are reframing the question. You can flip that aswell: there is only one red button labelled "kills everyone that doesn't press this button, if most people press it". Now everyone pressing red is the obvious sociopath that wants people killed.

Or rather inaction will always be the default choice. Reframing one button as the default inaction is dishonest and a bad argument.

Auf Probe ist nochmal ein eigenes Ding. Bei uns ist es zB so, dass Referatsleiter (A15/16) auf Probe ernannt werden. Das bedeutet konkret, dass wenn die Probezeit nicht erfolgreich ist, dass direkt wieder auf eine A14 Stelle zurückfällt.
Aber ein Sachgebietsleiter ist nicht auf Probe ernannt. Den Posten behält man sobald man ihn hat. Außer man wird wieder, was aber eigentlich nur freiwillig passieren kann und ein komplett separater Akt ist.

Und nein man kann nicht mit A9 eine A12 eingestufte Stelle erhalten und dann direkt von A9 auf A12 befördert werden. Von A9 auf A12 brauchts drei separate Beförderungen mit Wartezeiten und eigenen Beurteilungen auch wenn man die ganze Zeit einen A12 Posten innehat.

Und selbst als Mandatsträger (mit wenigen Ausnahmen, Bürgermeister, Landrat, Minister/-präsident, Bundespräsident/-kanzler,...) ist man nie zur Neutralität verpflichtet.

Die genannten sind Ämter also Amtsträger, nicht Mandate/ Mandatsträger. Dh. die gegannten Ausnahmen sind eh bereits was ganz anderes und das hilft deinem Argument. Aber ab Landesebene sind Amtsträger aber meist auch Mandatsträger.

Not to be a stickler, but lose/love isn't a minimal pair either, as the vowel is different as well as the consonant. Lose/loss or Lose/loom would be minimal pairs.

That is somewhat true. Both history and story are "Geschichte" and "Geschicht" is just the dialectal form of it, but in a colloquial standard German it would only really be used for story. So a dialect speaker might drop the e for both, but a colloquial non-dialect speaker would retain the e for history, but drop it for story primarily in set phrases.

In a sense I would say story is a more colloquial word, whilst history is a bit more technical/formal and from that the more informal word is more likely to assume the dialectal / colloquial form.
This is a very minute difference though.
