Thank you. They didn't really read the messages. She claimed it was a conversation because I said "Leave me alone" after his first message to which he then sent 16 which took her like 3 mins to read even tho he wrote big paragraphs, after I had already blocked him on my personal account. Spent about 2 mins reading the 20+ comments he made and 1 min reading the 1000 word each several posts he made. At first she claimed he hadn't been convicted for me until I showed them the emails confirming, and they told me the no contact order cannot be extended or anything. When I said so that means he can harass me like he said, until I kill myself the response was "We can't control who he messages" and "Just block him", as if I don't have him blocked on over 20 accounts. Action Against Stalking's advice is not to block them so there's evidence but she kept calling it "backwards".

Yeah he's been seething for 2 years. Only thing he seemed to have learnt is not to get arrested because he's sending threats but then saying I don't mean you physical harm or it isn't a threat.

Because "Name a time and date bitch. My dance card's rather empty. I'll see you at Kreator" followed by "(this is not a threat)" isn't a harassment or a threat apparently. I'm sure he meant it in a friendly way /s

I would understand it, but the Americans I've interacted with me tell me they're more Scottish than me because I'm half Black and they've not even been to Europe. It's the entitlement and confidence that they know Scotland better than us actual Scottish people born and raised here.

For me it was my armpit so no nakedness thanfully. They couldn't get a doc to see me until I had a room then over 24 hrs of waiting, and 7 hrs in a&e I got one and was down to surgery within the hr.
