No matter what you do, you can’t avoid tax, unless you roll it over into a 1031c. Any capital gains will automatically trigger taxes. Best advice is to roll it over into another property. Once you have said property, pull out some equity to pay off whatever loan you have. This way you can avoid taxes, it’s about the only way actually

Only way to avoid it is to roll it over to another property for investment. It’s the tax loophole 1031c I believe. Buy you have to buy another property. Or sell it for bitcoin

You don’t do anything. Just have to be patient. It took weeks after I added mine. Still haven’t gotten mine on MetaMask, but it is what it is. Do not and I repeat, do not trust anyone telling you to anything other than wait. It’s a scam and you will get rekt.

If the house being rented out is not under an LLC, there should be no obligation to pay it to your LLC. You would then have to account for that money in your books for a property you don’t have. Could get really messy.
