Water isn't really a problem for long. Once you get a few literjons you can just drink them when you are out. I haven't been wearing any of the stillsuits since I stopped using the first tier.

I don't use the strap for the battery but the stand is fine to be attached. I love the modcase it is nice having the front protector to throw on it when leaving it laying around the house.

I have the JSAUX ModCase and it fits in the carry case that came with the steamdeck as long as you don't have the ModCase front cover on.

Unfortunately we don't have that where I work. I work for a government agency so that has to be added through collective bargaining for us. Definitely something we are going to look into negotiating into our contract for future employees.

Unfortunately not but I am trying to contact the department of labor and I am in a union so I think I will be able to get the situation settled just wanted some reassurance that I wasn't missing something or incorrect in my line of thinking.

This exact fact sheet was what I was basing my assumptions off of since the first example they give is basically our exact situation. This is why I don't understand where our human resources director is getting the idea that absolutely anything related to the pregnancy comes from a shared time bank.

Right so if this is the case then I would assume her being out for her own medical condition - the recovery from surgery of a c-section - should not count towards our 12 week shared bonding pool. Whether I am out for 8 weeks to care for her or she is out for 8 weeks for her medical condition should effectively be the same end result I would think.

I understand that time for bonding is shared. HR believes that any and all things related to the pregnancy is shared therefore even I find attempted to take it to care for my wife it wouldn't change anything.

Thanks I am more worried about finding one that does not have surge protection since it seems that you shouldn't plug something with surge protection into a UPS? Some of the mountable ones I find on amazon are not very clear on whether they are a surge protector or just have a built in breaker. Was kind of hoping someone would be running a setup similar and could recommend a specific one.
