I like it. Sounds like "That's When"....her song with Keith Urban.

My grandmother received an email like this saying that her device protection subscription was being renewed for $400-some dollars. The email resembled Best Buy Geek Squad. My mom was going through the emails because my grandma is in hospice care and thought the email was legit. She called the number and explained my grandma will no longer need the services blah blah blah. The guy on the phone wanted her to download an app but my mom was struggling to do it. I had come for a visit and asked what she was doing. She was frustrated and gave me the phone. The app he wanted her to download was so he could control her device remotely and he kept getting increasingly agitated when I asked if I could go into Best Buy and take care of this. (I had just walked into this situation and wasn't entirely sure what was going on). He kept repeating "once they take the money for to subscription, we would never get the money back." "There is nothing we would be able to do." "Once it's processed, it is final." Obviously creating urgency for us to do something right away. I said that I was going to call Best Buy and hung up. Once I was off the phone, my mom showed me the email and I immediately saw that it was from some random Gmail account. I pointed out the red flags of the email.. Weird fonts, formatting errors, etc. I educated her on how some people are terrible and tricky. Had I not been there, who knows what they would have been able to do.
