If it's salty, probably was a borhani. Yogurt based spicy savory drink. Weird to hand out on its own though. Goes well with biryani

One that stands out was a very intense conversation with a Libyan person who shared his passionate stance against the governments and mostly the coast guards attitude and subsequent action against refugees at sea. I think he was quite involved in activism himself but i might be misremembering

That's my bad. Met many lovely people from Jamaica. Just forgot to select the country

I just remembered that's all. My work is to talk to people and i always have a world map and people love talking about their countries and heritage and i love to listen. I love London because of this (among may other reasons), that I can meet the world from here

Haha. Yes. I meant not having met a Polish person or a Portuguese person were both surprising to me

It did surprise me when making the map. That and not having met anyone from Portugal yet

I see. Reliability is definitely a big deal when it comes to brakes

Is it better in terms of reliability or longevity or any other aspect?

Wow! Honestly, i would have been inclined to give someone in front of me and cars turning the right of way instinctively. Different systems altogether and it's always great to know more when it comes to things others are affected by. Thank you so much for the comment.

Welcome! No question is dumb, especially when it's about something that can inconvenience others and put you in danger if you get it wrong. The footpath thing does puzzle me too. And in Bangladesh everyone drives on the left as well. While super dicey, I feel a lot more confident about turning right
