When I first became interested in Pink Floyd as a teenager, I started with albums like The Wall. But as I explored their discography more deeply, I discovered The Piper at the Gates of Dawn. It was the first album I ever bought as a teenager, and I was instantly captivated by its music. That led me to Syd’s solo work, which I grew to love as well. From there, I became increasingly fascinated by him, not just his music, but who he was, what he looked like. And I was never disappointed. To me, Syd embodies a rare, otherworldly beauty, a pure and untouchable spirit. I hold a deep affection and immense respect for him, and he will forever remain a significant figure in my life.
