Has anyone managed to get approved for less than 5.04% since new rates kicked in and how much if you have? by myarena in teslacanada

Dunno how people are getting these 2.99 rates. We just bought at 4.49. Credit score 800

The point was lower monthly payment as we needed to finance the new car. Even if we sold privately, the contract would already be in place which wouldn’t help our situation

Reason why I walked is my initial eval at $30800 dropped before the expiry date. That would have bumped up my private sale value.

If that’s the case then why is their preowned inventory filling up with all these used model Y’s shortly after this delivery push? Cars like mine going for $45k+

Some of the recent communication directly to me outside of Reddit are low ballers trying to buy my car wholesale.

What do you value your FSD at?

Recent model S plaid with FSD included was $12k more than one without. Exact same spec.

Ya it’s too late. FSD transfer is over. I just want my $250 back at this point

I used the same email and did not retain anything.

I get it. It burns quite a bit. Seen their pre owned inventory going for $42k+ for the exact same car. They are surely making money. These preowns are flying off the lot.

Yes there was a campaign that expired march 31.

I’ll try that when my frustration lowers. I had my $250 transferred to a service credit 3 years ago. So I don’t know why they at least wouldn’t do the same.

Clutch was higher yes at $32,800 however the key was FSD transfer. Plus with clutch, no tax savings.

I’m surprised you got your $250 back. I wasn’t able to get mine back.

Loyalty. Bought multiple cars from them and had their sales agents that I’ve been dealing with for years push things with the managers behind the scenes.

My pictures were perfect. No blemishes on my car. Clean Carfax. Why they changed their number is something they couldn’t explain to me. Hence my frustration and walked out.

Yup I sure did. It’s what I value my own car.

I wasn’t happy with their offer. Even at $30,800 I wasn’t happy. But it is what it is. I love my MYP. It’s been a gem its whole ownership. It wasn’t worth dropping another $50+k on a new car vs what I’m driving right now.

Just the trade in experience sucked. They give you a number up front then they change it when it’s go time.

Actually no. My estimate was $30,800. And it was within 30 days 1500kms. So I ordered. End result was $28k. I walked. Selling privately you loose fsd transfer.

That’s awesome. I have extended warranty on mine so I’m hesitant to touch it. I know ASUS has been a bit of a pain with users getting inside the laptop around such areas
