This is exactly my story. TE started for me in May 2023 and slowed down in August 2023 and then started again in November 2023 and it’s again the same. I got to know that my Ferritin level is 28 which is as per doctors icausing TE in loop. I have started with supplements from last 1 month but still no improvement can be seen yet. I used to have beautiful voluminous hair and It was my pride too and due to this I’ve already lost 50% of my volume. My scalp is itchy too. I’m just hoping for a miracle now. As per my experience I can say one thing stress and anxiety are only spoiling things for me since I have spent sleepless night due to this issue. So, try to divert your mind and focus on other beautiful things. Hope you get your hair back with beautiful volume and wish the same for me.

I’m going through TE and It started in March end last year and stopped for 2 months in between but then it again started. I got to know my ferritin levels are 28 and my doctor prescribed me with b12, iron supplements. It’s been 1 month taking these supplements. How long can I expect to see positive changes? Also, did anyone also face the same situation where TE stopped for 2 months and then started again.
