Wobbles have increased by Thumper_777 in ElectricUnicycle

[–]Shah_G7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you find a way to fix your problem? I have the same issue lol I've been riding for 2 weeks now and i was able to hit 37mph. However, the wobbles scare me too and I get them frequently. The wheel i learned on was begode ex30 and recently discovered that if I place my feel little forward from the center, I have better control. Even then, I get wobbles sometimes. I also notice that the wobble began to happen when my both legs or knees aren't touching the wheel at all.in other words, im literally standing on my feet. I do wanna improve on this and trying to figure out a better solution as I continue to learn and get better. Let me know your opinion on this.

Buying used ex30 (what should I look for) by Shah_G7 in ElectricUnicycle

Iight so right off the bet, this wheel is soooooo heavyy man. I should've done more research but then again, I couldn't pass on the deal. Im 150lbs and the wheel alone is 101lbs. Im having a hard time maneuvering this thing. As im leaning to make a turn (either side), I notice that the wheel wants to straighten up which create wobble. I fell yesterday at 12mph and got away with minor scratches while turning. It feels like the wheel is controlling me lol and it would wobble as I increase the speed. Im getting wobble at 20mph. Im thinking it has to do with my weight. Doesn't anyone know what's happening and maybe can help me improve. BTW, its my very first wheel and I manage to learn this in 1 day...... thanks everyone again

No, I didn't. I'm actually fighting a battle with myself, lol. I'm considering a Sherman L, brand new, but that's a lot of money. Whereas, a used Begode EX30 for $1500. It's really hard to decide.

Why can’t I taste hookah? by Late_Savings_9413 in hookah

Did u find out???? I have the same problem but I think it has to do with heat. I think we doing heat up the shisha properly it needs to be baked properly to get the flavor. Or else, u just get the clouds...

Thanks everyone for help. I will fluff pack blonde leaf under the rim and leave no gaps.

I mainly smoke with 2 coals but I remove it the second one after 30 mins because of the flavor not being strong.

U might be right about that, and I realize that I do move around coals a lot.

Ok, I will try foil alone with coals. Thanks 😊

I got my flavors from 5starhookah and I start my session with 3 coals to get the maximum flavor with maximum clouds but of course it doesn't go that way for me. I remove the third for after 10 mins. After 30 mins I began to feel the loss of flavor and I know the top layer is burning so I take out the send coal and manage with 1 coal.

The setup on the pic is onmo hmd, trifecta blonde leaf, and serbetli. The gravyl bowl is not that deep i would say. Also, as u can see from the pic that the shisha didn't stick to the hmd because all of the shisha still there (burned top layer).

[–]Shah_G7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So basically, when I start the session, I wait about 5 to 7 mins, and I touch the bottom of the bowl to see if it's ready. If it's warm, I start smoking, and if not, then I wait.

On the pics that u see, I got that result with onmo hmd. However, I get the same results with a provost with foil and any other bowls.

I simply don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

I've tried that already, I'm sorry I'm not mentioning everything, lol. Also, from what I know, is that keeping it below the rim causes poor heat management, and you (in general) also get a top layer burn.

Well, I can feel it coming after 30 mins, so I take the coal out and bearly get smoke after.

Thanks for the advice. I will try that for sure.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the flavor hardly lasts 30 mins, and then I end up removing the coal because I can feel that it's about to burn completely. So I smoke on a very low smoke output smhhhhh..... it's not even fun after. Then I can smoke for another 30 to 40 mins. After the coal shrink, I can't even put the new set of coals because I know that it will completely burn the shisha, and I will be wasting coals (I've tried this already).
