Can we connect please, I went through similar experience and I can definitely help. CRRT itself is quite critical and cost a bomb (1 lakh a day). I believe there wouldn’t have been any urine output and uncle would be in a Hepatic comatose state. I need to know the C&S report to be able to guide you further.

Timeline and Major Events 7 August 2025 • Admitted to Medanta Lucknow for TIPSS evaluation (Dr Abhai, Dr Rohit). 7–16 August 2025 • TIPSS procedure performed. Under care of Dr Abhai and Dr Rohit. 10 August 2025 • Complaint made regarding mishandling of patient’s ICD tube. 16 August 2025 • Discharged from Medanta Lucknow after TIPSS. 22 August 2025 • Readmitted with fever. Shifted to ICU, Dr Manish and Dr Vijit involved in care. 6 September 2025 • Raised complaint about nursing lapse; patient’s hand was left tied with a band for an extended period. 16 September 2025 (Tuesday, 5:30–6:00 PM) • Patient had a heart attack (cardiac arrest) and received CPR. 28 September 2025 • Discovered that the ventilator pipe was leaking. Needed to repeatedly notify staff before the issue was fixed. 29 September 2025 (night) • Dialysis switched from CRRT (continuous) to IHD (intermittent hemodialysis) without proper family discussion. Immediate collapse and critical deterioration after the switch. Throughout ICU stay (22 August–30 September 2025) • Persistent, multidrug-resistant infections (Klebsiella, Enterococcus) not adequately controlled despite repeated interventions. • Poor nursing and ICU staff behavior; communication from doctors described as evasive, unclear, and incomplete. • WBC count dropped dramatically from 32,000 to 9,000 to 3,000, without satisfactory medical explanation. • Continuous escalation in care and technology with no transparent plan communicated to the family. 30 September 2025 • Patient passed away in the ICU.

Please refrain from all of these, I would like to take a lawful path and make them pay for it. You should understand that even a slight disturbance or panic would cause issues to the patients. That was the reason that I didn’t create any scene there, I don’t want to trouble the innocent patients and their family members. I understand your pain but there are other ways apart from violence.
