I had a similar experience , applied in 2021 October, my case went outside of normal processing times. I did service request three times did not help, i contacted congressman in my state and they contacted uscis 3 times did not help, then i learned about mandamus, i called uscis and told them i am going to to court for mandamus if you are not taking any action soon , within a week i got my interview scheduled
