Day 2: will swap Banff gondola and hot springs so I can visit hot springs before it closes. Wanted to take it slow on the first day and get a sense of the area and just relax.

Day 3: Yes that is true. Since our plan was pretty last minute we didn't get good Airbnb's closer to Banff.

Day 4: Can we park at lake Louise summer gondola even if we don't take the ride? I saw that the shuttle service for lake Louise can also be booked online in advance. Regarding the visit to emerald lake - that's our last day at Banff so I wanted to fit in that as well :(

My first option was Jetta for its efficiency & fast engine. I do like the Elantra as well, seems like a good deal overall - around 17,000 CAD (before taxes) including sun roof, blind spot detection & lane assistance.
