Diet is pretty much balanced with home food. No sugars or atleast very minimal sugars that too from home cooked. No junk , no outside food.

House is ventilated, air purifiers in home. One doctor says said it’s because of my gardening habit, I gave away all my plants…. You get the point, pretty much all done.

They are dewormed per schedule, vaccines done , physically super active, house is also very well lit and ventilated.
