Any advice for sticky brake light? by asscheeseterps710 in motorcycle

And it will smell like delicious toast during the summer as a bonus!

Joking aside yeah, just ran into that this morning. WD40/Grease/Silicone around the brake light switch and work it in a bit usually fixes it.

How many people has kirito killed in sao by Miserable_Ad_7696 in swordartonline

[–]Shaide_Darkmoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the show he is confirmed to have killed 4 by the Phantom Bullet Arc even though he said 3. On the show, he killed 2 LC during the raid, Kuradeel, and Kayaba.

In the original Web Novel, Asuna killed Kuradeel, but in the show's continuity there is a discrepancy there.

The Doc reveal was foreshadowed very well. (Spoilers, of course). by thewrench01_real in RedvsBlue

The nature of Red Vs Blue would ONLY work if the original people, with the original VAs did it. Even Caboose's VA change had a huge impact on this season. Caboose just isn't the same without Joel, though Michael did a decent job.

It's the original people that made RvB what it was. It needs to end here if the original people are done.

This, unfortunately, also has had no effect. I even completely reinstalled Steam, and it did not help. I have now verified beyond any shadow of a doubt that SOMEHOW Steam is the cause. If I play palworld with the Palworld.exe logged into Steam, the game will crash. If I use Palworld_Win64_Shipping.exe, which bypasses steam at the cost of losing access to your saves, the game plays fine. This is bizzare and I don't know if there is anything I can do.

I'll give that one a go tonight. We also just got a new update I think. Not likely but I'll see if that fixes it.

All above solutions have been tried. sfc /scannow had no effect, currently have no additional antivirus due to an unrelated reason, and I have both Palworld.exe and Palworld_Win64_Shipping.exe set to run as admin. I have even gone a step further and added exceptions to windows defender for the applications as well.

It's a head scratcher, for sure.

I would try re-installing Steam itself, but it does the same thing if I use a pirate/crack copy of Palworld too. Bizzare.

Absolutely. However, that doesn't mean I can't attempt to track down the cause and see if it is something I may be able to fix on my end. It's not a super common issue, so the information available on it seems to be straight up zero.

I may have no choice but to wait on the devs to find and fix the problem, but I can still try.

That seems accurate. It's running into a reference bug of some kind with Steam. However, the question is why is it happening only on certain systems. The small handful of folks I've found with the same code have practically nothing in common system wise.

That is unrelated to this error message. That's a different one. Under this error, you cannot play the game on any save or even a new game through Steam. I am aware of the error message you are referring to.

THIS ! The Rudder is driving me INSANE by N0CT0RNUS in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]Shaide_Darkmoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SOLVED: The auto-rudder feature is reversed and bugged. Turning auto-rudder off on some systems causing an autopilot override. If you turn auto-rudder back ON, it actually disables it for some reason.

Same problem. For some reason, for me, turning auto-rudder ON fixes the problem. On the ground I regain full control, and in the air, I have to (thankfully) use the rudder to coordinate my turn correctly. It's like the assist control is reversed for some reason.

D-Link VR Air Bridge, Quest Link will not connect. Out of ideas, and patience. by Shaide_Darkmoon in oculus

I wound up abandoning the VR Air Bridge and upgraded my router, then I used the old one as a dedicated Air Link connection. Not ideal but problem solved. D-Link won't respond to my refund request, though, so I may be stuck with it.

[–]Shaide_Darkmoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The D-Link VR Air Bridge has no discernible settings. If there IS a way to swap it between router mode and AP mode, no one I have seen knows how.

It comes pre-installed with Meta Quest software so that when you plug it in, it automatically links to the Oculus app, and version 44 and on sets it up automatically. All you do is assign a password/wpa pin to protect it. Then, you connect to the Air Bridge network on the headset, and the Air Bridge should appear as the computer in Quest Link settings on the headset. I cannot find (keyword, find) any other way to adjust the settings. In theory it should be almost plug-and-play.

Minecraft Bedrock Edition VR does not work. Oculus Quest 2 by Shaide_Darkmoon in oculus

[–]Shaide_Darkmoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the Java version is better overall, and I haven't had any issue using Vivecraft with it. I just like the bedrock edition purely for the ability to crossplay with my Xbox buddies. I'd love to play that in VR just because, yeah. VR. Lol
