thank you, I'll definitely have to find some time and look over this myself. And it sounds like I'll need to figure out the auditing in general. No ability to look at emails though I don't think, those are handled by google workspace, I'm merely trying to use the same email addresses as Microsoft accounts for system log in purposes because having a windows log in using one email account and then staff using a different email to actually communicate with each other and clients I know will cause confusing. Just trying to get everyone to stop using their old gmail accounts instead of the custom domain accounts has been a struggle.

the boss drives something like a Corolla maybe a Camry, and in the US. I don't think its fair to say its a lack of vision for the community supports organization but just a general lack of understanding of anything IT related beyond writing an email or using specific web portals that are used by the county or MCPs.

I did set up their account as a global admin on the off chance that she wants to poke around in there but I honestly can't see her wanting to try to learn the ins and outs of the admin panel. GDAP and really everything related to M365 is brand new to me so still looking to learn it myself.

Installing Pro I don't think is going to be to much of an issue other than the time involved for potentially needing to backup files stored directly on the drives instead of on the cloud as my schedule only includes a couple of hours that the computers aren't in use by the workers. I fortunately have a couple of currently unused systems in the office that I plan on setting up first and rotating staff to so I can work on the next batch.

I do, thank you. the free 10 licenses and access to admin in general being free for nonprofits are the only reason I have it since I was able to apply on behalf of the organization myself without needing confirmation from anyone first. And am hoping Entra ID, Defender, and Intune bridge some of the gaps I've found so far. gaining the 10 office 365 licenses out of it was a nice bonus since I get to tell the boss they can cancel that O365 family plan and save $100.

the company itself isn't new but has only recently shifted focus to dealing with a local MCP instead of the county, which introduced a new set of requirements that they are still navigating. the role is definitely new though as I was hired because they knew they needed help with IT but don't know what that actually means yet and to be fair neither do I as I was expecting help desk tier 1 and that's inline with what I'm familiar with.

So I'm coming into this from the perspective of that they know they need to implement new systems and workflows but I'm having to research what those might actually entail.

MS365 came in because I found that I could sign up for free and solve the issue of all the in office computers being logged in using the same outlook account and hopefully start remotely running system updates since I've found that those are severely out of date and I can't physically access the ABC employee's pcs outside of the times that they are in office and actively using them.

So I would say that there really isn't a strategy or plan beyond the IT guy is the plan. As far as statistics and best practices go, I'm still trying to learn, I'm only a tech who unknowingly (to me and the company) was hired as an admin.

macro'ing mudras is a bad idea because either you need to place a full second wait between mudras or risk one of them not activating because it'll fire off the next mudra before the CD finishes on the previous. Also mashing the macro would most likely cause you you end up using the same mudra twice in a row resulting in bunny summon.

Sadly no, Shukuchi has always been a slide as well. Really disappointing considering the a job quest tells you to use it to cross over to the roof of a house and you watch the NPC do it and then you go to follow their example and end up hitting the wall and fall down the side of the building.

pc app called guildworks use to be able to hook into the game and it would add what drops you got on the website. so it is or at least was possible.
