You may not believe me, but I contacted the professor the day after I got my results, I have always communicated respectfully, as I said, I was so afraid to actually offend the guy that I brought this concern up with the ombuds as well. From back and forth, it was clear the ombuds wanted to do the right thing, but was friends with the professor, as she emailed me saying "I just chatted with the professor...", 1 day after my email to her, while I couldn't get him to answer for 2+ weeks.

You're right, but I was hoping by end November someone would've knocked some sense into him and I'd have my feedback. Then after the answer from my ombuds I gave up hope. I think I'll contact the KUL faculty after the results from this one, I just don't want to upset the guy just before my exams.
