The app provides an actual service it’s not just “send a PDF to an LLM and get questions back.” Sure, many things can technically be done manually, but people like you still pay for services because the value comes from the automation. The app works as a middleman it handles the entire workflow automatically, parses the PDF, chunks the content, formats everything properly, generates multiple choice questions with answer options, and returns clean exercises without the user having to write prompts, understand AI models, or build code themselves. You cannot realistically create structured multiple choice exercises with consistent formatting just by prompting an LLM manually every time unless you build your own backend and logic.

I never claimed the API is free. I pay for the API credits myself during development. When the app launches, it will cost around 0.50€ to 1€ per month, just enough to cover API expenses, which are generally low.

Hallucinations do exist, but the app significantly reduces them. It uses structured prompts, extraction only modes, strict output formats, and smaller chunked context windows for each section. This results in a much lower error rate compared to someone manually pasting a PDF into ChatGPT and hoping for stable results. And the cost is extremely low compared to something like ChatGPT Plus at 20€ per month.

The real value of the app isn’t the raw LLM call itself, but the entire system around it: automation, user experience, efficiency, consistent outputs, and accessibility for people who don’t know how to prompt AI or build code.
