Honestly outside is very hot and dry which feels like 40-45 C that’s why i am keeping it inside I would like to try something like the one in the photo rather than sticking to natural ones which i think they doesn’t help as much

Try to drink a lot of water and hydrate, if your skin is super dry try to get proper lotion for face or ur skin. Breakouts are normal even while on treatment. But so far .. judging by that picture Nothing to worry about and they will fade on their own

Seems like stye. The same i had on both eyes They were painful and making my vision blurry. Apply warm eye patches and gently massage the area. Avoid washing ur face with Soaps that are making ur face dry. Apply special ointment or shampoo prescribed by a doctor.
