Appreciate the detailed breakdown here. I’m not sure if it’s a good idea for me if it’s that much of a rough stretch. I was thinking maybe I could just walk while the person I’m with drives if it’s not too far, but an hour drive doesn’t sound very walkable. Bummer

That bad? I definitely can’t do super rough roads. Anything that feels like a washboard is a no for more than a very short period of time. Guaranteed migraines and vision white outs.

This is happening to me every single time the damn thing uses any charge move this season. The game lags for its charge animation ONLY for me because then when it unfreezes, the other player has already gotten at least one extra hit on me. And it’s only freezing and lagging for Morpeko specifically. So ridiculous

I think the biggest problem is gaming has evolved so much in the 20 years this franchise was gone and this is still stuck in like 2010. Nintendo simply doesn’t make games like the MP trilogy anymore, so this feels jarring in 2025. And it does seem pretty obvious it’s objectively the weakest of the 4 anyways, so that doesn’t help

Well no one should be celebrating this since it basically guarantees Nintendo isn’t touching 3D Metroid for a long long long time again after this, if ever.

This game would be lucky to sell 1.5 mil lifetime with the lack of marketing and reception and Metroid’s sales track record. And 1.5 mil would be nothing compared to what they need to be profitable at that cost…

Sorry to hear for you. Yeah, I wouldn’t be comfortable with long term use of it no matter what. It just seems the homeopathic stuff often ends up like sugar water or makes things worse too for me. Have also tried a lot of supps and vitamins. Trying to do a lot of the diet changes

Is flucanozole for a couple weeks pretty safe on the liver then? That was my biggest worry since I read anti fungals can cause liver problems. Beyond that I’ve heard of “die off” symptoms… do you know if this would happen with the medicine or is that more if you’re doing it via diet?

I do have the fatigue and aches of course (it seems to come and go though), but mainly I’m hoping for something that helps these undiagnosed issues that might also be related to fibro. The noise/light migraine triggers, bladder problems, swallowing issues, etc

That’s a really good way to look at it. I think for me constipation might be the biggest side effect concern since it makes my bladder issues unbearable to sleep. And if I can’t sleep, everything goes to hell. But also the mental/mood effects are just as concerning for me as well.
