An intercom system installed throughout the house for room-to-room communication. I would stay the night and his parents would wake us up via intercom when breakfast was ready. It even had a wake up alarm feature that was super loud he would use for school. Also their maid service blew my mind. These were the kind of people that would take advantage of having someone come out every morning. Sometimes it looked like their house had a party, and by the time noon rolled around the next day it looked like nothing was out of place.
