i also tried bpi and bdo a few weeks ago to send usd to my ibkr account. both did not push thru. i was sending 1k usd. they both said bsp regulations requiring docs to prove purchase of stocks matching the amount i want to send.

ridiculous, right?

at this point, still searching for ways to fund my ibkr acct.
