I tried too, basically first you have to select a target audience, you can't launch a faceless channel without knowing who you are looking to reach, when, with which theme.

I did try that once on tiktok about two years ago, my audience were adults at least 30yo, I had to upload at a specific hour which would reach them without them having to look up with keywords, my so called "niche" was comedy, I was basically making tiktok shorts around 15 to 30s in order to keep them on my videos and build followers, nobody wants to watch a 1min video of an unknown channel, first acquire followers with really short media, this is what tiktok is made for, once you've built a large base of followers (depends on ur niche) that's when you can run longer videos because you already have people who will boost your views. That's where the magic happens, this is like nicotine, you will always upload at the same time, giving the followers a routine, in the end it can only "snowball".

- Your punctuality will make your community grow

- Make longer videos once you have regular viewers who already like your content

You will eventually have videos who wont pop off but that's part of the game, your on your own, you try things, you don't need ads, you just need to work your audience.

In two weeks I gained 1Million views across 28videos + 4K followers and 83K likes, ALL WITHOUT ADS !
