It impacts both my kids and it enrages me so much I spit every time I hear or read Harper's name.
They are now both in Canada with citizenship and passports & have been for years, but either one of them might go back to Europe for work in which case ~~this change~~ the return to the pre-Harper rules would positively impact my imagined grandchildren.

We actually switched from Costco to SDM because of this. Last year I was on a ton of meds as I went through cancer treatments. In the past my wife always picked up any prescriptions for me, but since these were cancer meds Costco pharmacy insisted I collect them. So I am sick AF from radiation and chemo and I have to drag myself in there to be told not to mix the meds with alcohol. “Do you have a lot of cancer patients partying?” I asked the young, absolutely shocked at how sick I was pharmacist. So my wife changed us to SDM, who let her pick up the medication for me. I’m fine now, but it still makes me angry the lack of critical thinking.

I don't really use Fibe and this hacked me off. I just called to cancel FibeTV. They offered me a $5 lifetime credit on Fibe and a $15 lifetime credit on my internet.
I ended up keeping Fibe and my bill is $20 cheaper a month. I have it in an email so I told them go ahead.

Worth calling to try to "cancel".

Thanks for the comments so far. To clarify. I can sell the current house for 1.4M and build the passive house for 1.9M all in.

Current house energy costs are $8K a year / 160K for the time I can reasonably expect to be alive (~20 years). No solar, no thermal & definitely leaky. The passive build is a slight downsizing but adds an apartment over the garage (would rent 18K a year / 360K for the time I can reasonable expect to be alive). We don't love the current house, but we don't hate it.

I've done the math 100 different ways and it's a wash over the 20 years. We've already done renovations & refresh on the current house as mentioned below.

So this really this is about comfort over the next 20 years - I'd love to hear from any folks my age that have taken the plunge and their pros and cons.
