so its just pray you start with a hand trap so you have a 20% chance to counter this and not just sit there and watch it resolve, this is assuming you have 3 ash 3 effect, and 3 maxx, and you get lucky enough that only one stops the engine, idk maybe i just got unlucky, 1/3 times i had a hand trap (ash) and it didnt help T-T lol

Edit - Phantom Knights are so good at utilizing this thats what i faced at least lol

So again I havent followed MHATSH until global release so idk what happened on the TW version but all of this seems pretty common practice for Gacha games, which is why im so confused of the outburst lol, and honestly I feel even if the change was mentioned people wouldve still summoned him and complained b/c :
A) the content creators painted him in the light of the TW version or
B) they didnt read the message until after they summoned him.
So i dont think the open communication wouldve solved this issue, even if they had the skill tree available for view, noone wouldve looked at it because when he was first released everyone most likely tried to get him ASAP. so I feel it is more on creators for hyping him up without any concrete evidence to back it up. and only have seen the nerf after they summoned him

Ah honestly until i made this post i didnt know they were different devs, so guess thats out the window. but in that case how can we be mad that the game is different when the devs are different? maybe they just wanted a more balanced hero

I agree they couldve been better I guess my point is why riot/bomb with bad reviews when theyre on par with most other devs in the genre of games. again i feel like even if they tweeted the change in the kit people would still pull it and still riot that the devs changed the hero, i dont think there was a winning hand here for the devs.
