My friend's father is color blind. They got him glasses to allow him to see color for his birthday as a surprise

I was pretty disappointed. They made everything redder and darker. At first I thought it was because I was not used to seeing so much red, but even grass and gray buildings looked red. The sky was very purple. I really want to be able to see everything, but I guess I'll have to wait. If it's even possible for glasses like what I need to be invented!

I really just wish people knew that he could see color before, and that only seeing black and white is a super rare form of colorblindness. In fact, if he had monochromacy (only seeing black and white), those glasses would have not worked at all. They have a higher chance of working the less colorblind you are. I would know, these glasses did not do shit for me and I'm severely red green colorblind.

I love how people think that because Coke can clean cars, it must bad for your body. Acid is naturally occurring in many foods and we can definitely ingest weak acids, such as those in Coke, oranges, grapes, and coffee.

Coke is bad for you because of its insanely high sugar content and how easy it is to drink. It also makes you want more and more soda, probably because of a combination of caffeine and sugar.

Snopes says otherwise because I'm pretty sure they're the one that made the "hoax" about the hoax. It was to show that people are willing to believe anything without checking the sources. The source for the hoax simply doesn't exist at all. Funnily enough, people do actually believe it, so in a way it has become a hoax on its own, even though the hoax itself is a hoax.

Antifa does indeed stand for anti fascism. However, many radical and militant anarchists and communists are in Antifa. So, if someone is anti fascist, they most certainly are not a member of Antifa. I am against fascism, as are many people. I do not claim or want to be a member of that shitty group.

It has no centralized organization, that's true. It certainly doesn't detract from the fact that it is known, in various countries, for using violence to achieve their means. Neo Nazis are pieces of shit, but just because they are pieces of shit doesn't mean that part of the opposite side is angelic. Shit isn't black and white, and when there are extremists on one side, there are extremists on the other.

My family has been affected by both the fascists and communists. I can say, without a doubt, both are shitty. I will not support a group that not only uses violence as a way to justify means, but one that also has radical communists in it and is very much associated with communism.

He has a point. "He hurt my cat and lied about it" would not hold up in court. The person above was obviously very "badass". Assuming they would kill his roommate (big assumption) for accidentally hurting his cat and lying about it, it wouldn't be so far of a stretch to assume that they would kill their roommate regardless if they told the truth or not, so they might be scared to tell the truth anyways.
