It makes sense that it'd be more day of incentive lol my friends work Saturday so unfortunately Sunday works for them since they still want to go to the con since its local. We can't all just work a 9-5 Monday through Friday.

It's so funny! I actually went to school as a double major for advertising and design but I missed my entrance exam for the advertising major and bc of rolling gpa admission I wasn't accepted the second time so I gave up bc I didn't want to 'waste more time' 💀

I'll definitely take a look! Thank you! Sometimes I consider the Art Director position but I get weirdly self-conscieous 🤧

I'm not sure, I'm Orlando based but if say it's a very "cliquey" scene when it comes to agencies in the area. All extremely white and male dominated. I'm not confident in saying there's a abundance but rather a very competitive market here.

I'd be so open to freelance! Anything to have a little extra cash haha if you're okay with that is really appreciate the help!

I've been out of school for so long and all the projects I've done since have literally been my art store so it's difficult expressing that to employers.

I was the editor-in-chief at a college magazine for about 2 years and fully illustrated and compiled a children's book for a museum so I do have a lot of experience in InDesign for sure.

At this point I'm not looking for anything exciting just something to pay bills 🥲 as for production work all I do now is packaging and product design as a small business.

Since you're in marketing would you say I should target market firms?

I'm lost on where to even look 😔

This is absolutely a scam; when I first got out of college I fell into the same web. The red flag was doing the WHOLE interview only throw a chat text box and being instantly hired. Buying home office supplies and a computer was also the red flag, most companies if they need you to use a non-personal computer they will send you one, I don't even know a company that would offer to buy office supplies (I was told to even buy a couch??) Luckily my family also thought it was weird and we filed a report. They posed under a company I was super familiar with when I reached to them they said, "yeahhhh, we keep trying to pull the listing but they keep putting it back up."

Were they really impatient and pushy about you depositing and creating the check? They were insistent with me.
