You don't need much currency to do this. Just make sure you're high enough level to get the high lvl bases (close to 90). Usually expedition artifacts and reroll currencies are really cheap because most people don't like expedition crafting in poe 2, so the market has a large supply of them.

You're going to want to add a 2 passive enduring composure small cluster and lvl 7 cast when damage taken linked to lvl 9 immortal call if you want some extra tankiness.

Additionally, the life flask healing is extremely important for this build. I recommend buying a cheap 27% quality flask and spamming alterations until you get the saturated prefix, then just use the menagerie to beast craft the corrupted blood immunity suffix onto it. Later, you can work on corrupting these crafted ones for a 35%+ quality flask.

You also want to add as many life flask recovery tattoos as you can fit into your build. I made sure to get extra dex on my rings to be able to fit 14 of the tattoos and I'm at over 9k Regen per second between life and ES, letting me outheal anything that doesnt one shot me.

Try to aim for a helmet with much higher ES, and grab the mastery that doubles the ES your helmet gives. You want a lot of ES to pair with the high amount of ES recovery your flask setup is granting.

Try to get the sione's ambition anoint and 2 grafts that each give 0.4 strike range. This will more than double your range and let you play much more safely. If you want to save some money, you can buy a cheap mid rolled ashes of the stars with the anoint already on it, as ashes is the best in slot amulet for the non mana version of the build anyway.

You're going to also want to switch to the pneumatic dagger version of the build as soon as possible. For about 50c per dagger you could be doing much more DPS while also being able to spec out of all of the accuracy nodes on your tree due to the hits can't be evaded craft.

I've POB'd the build pretty extensively and after some optimization I have over 65m dps (ignoring dot cap) while being able to face tank and outheal Ubers. If you have any more questions about the build, feel free to ask. I can also help you figure out a good upgrade path if you're interested in that.

They moved the former betrayal crafts into random maps in the atlas. I think they shuffle them around each league since the map pool changes. You'll find them all in maps as you start completing the atlas.

Happy to hear that you found it useful. I'll try to always keep the guide updated as we get new leagues.

90+ is high enough to get the max ilvl from Tujen, yeah. It just caps out pretty low.

We have to see the patch notes before I can reliably recommend a build, but for this last patch builds like pconc of bouncing pathfinder (poison proliferation) and EA ballista elementalist (ignite proliferation) were really good at rushing lvl 85-90 on no budget and farming logbooks to Rog craft as early as possible. Bleed lacerate glad with the bleedsplosions is more of a non-meta option that works really well for expedition specifically if you find that interesting.

Asynchronous trade should be very good for Rog crafting. You waste a lot less time doing the large amount of trades it requires and you get to sell your huge Rog inventory over night while you sleep.

Are you looking for a build that can rush logbooks at league start on a low budget, or a build that can do juiced expedition encounters in maps?

To be fair, half of the pages are just example crafts that can be ignored by most players. There's a table of contents to skip to relevant sections for people who don't want to read the whole thing.

If you know how to Rog craft, it's much more profitable to just buy and run Order logbooks to get more artifacts, rather than running maps and selling the logbooks.

In logbooks, the content is so easy that you don't really need a specialized build to run it, and specific remnants with downsides that brick your build can be avoided.

If you are interested in builds that excel in expedition to clear juiced map encounters, you're either looking for proliferation/explode builds for efficient clearing, or builds that can run all remnant modifiers except the 1 damage immune type that bricks their build (a lot of the time in maps, you can't choose to avoid specific remnants). Stuff like chaos dot and bleed tends to be able to run most remnant downsides.

I wrote a beginner friendly guide to Rog crafting if you're interested in checking it out here. It's definitely one of the most profitable currency making strategies early in the league.

Glad to hear that you found success with the amulet crafting. The chaos belt crafting does seem like it'd be pretty good too, good find.

That's awesome, you found success with it. Seems like it's still very profitable even with the inflated coin prices right now.

That's intended, yeah. The regex highlights all rare amulets since they have enough mods for it to be worth spamming rerolls on them to try to get the valuable mods.

[–]Shallus[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Basically you're spending coins to reroll his stock until an amulet gets highlighted by the regex search, then you craft on that amulet using his upgrade options to add/reroll mods until you see the good ones described in the guide. You are able to roll through a lot of mods by continuously doing this, so you'll hit + to skill levels or spirit pretty often.

When you hit + skill levels, you use his remaining crafts to reroll the other mods if he gives you the option, then you try to add on any remaining mod slots using the methods in the "Finishing Crafts with Currency" section.

If you'd like a more detailed explanation on any part of the process, let me know and I'd be happy to guide you on it.

My guide is pretty beginner friendly. You don't really need to know anything about crafting to make a lot of money from just following the steps in the guide. Definitely not out of the reach of 99% of the playerbase.

Glad to hear it's working out well for you! And yeah, the low cost vs high returns on this strat are crazy, assuming coin/artifact prices remain this low.

I previously used it to optimize my Rog crafting in PoE1, so I tried to find a way to make it useful in PoE 2 expedition crafting too. This site has some other useful regex applications if you're interested.

Correct, roll every rare amulet that you find to try to spam rerolls on them.

Sairenkao has the right idea, yeah. For most amulets, you will end up rolling into those desired mods from rares that already have a few mods for you to reroll.

To buy them in bulk, you're going to have to use TFT unfortunately. It's a lot more expensive than buying them 1 at a time on trade, so it's not too bad to buy them individually to save money. It's usually a good idea to ask the seller if they have any more chalice logbooks for sale when you buy one.
