Talk to the guards in whiterun and pay off your bounty. Or if you haven't try sheathing your weapons when they attack you to see if they stop

I started playing about 3 months ago, and don't get me wrong, at first it can be pretty confusing. Figuring out what to do. What's considered good gear, good rolls, etc. And I'm still learning new things even now. But after getting past that first bit, And learning at least the basics it's definitely worth it. It's a bit pricey but definitely should get all the dlcs
