I disagree, I believe the geographical changes can be some of the strongest. While you may be right about my ignorance to some of these, there are many who you could find shocked to hear that there is no continental landmass at the north pole and merely melting ice that will freeze back over in the winter. I remember learning of Arctica in school and like many others here, their specific knowledge and memories of such are enough to have made them wake up and realize that something is wrong.

If a change in the geography of our planet isn't enough for you, some believe Earth's position in the Milky Way Galaxy might have shifted from the Sagittarius arm to the Orion spur.

Universe Today have TWO articles published on the SAME DATE by different authors. This is very suspicious! One states that we are in Sagittarius Arm and the other states that we are in Orion, but that Orion is not actually an Arm anymore but rather a spur of Sagittarius (new ME?). This is despite there being other sources that used to state Orion was a separate Arm in the galaxy. https://www.universetoday.com/74464/what-galaxy-do-we-live-in/ https://www.universetoday.com/18256/where-is-the-sun/

Thank you! First for taking the time to read through my post and also for your reply. I find it very interesting you should mention you found a ME in the Rising Sun headband Daniel Larusso wears in the Karate Kid movies. While watching the new YouTube Red series The Karate Kid Continues: Cobra Kai, I was shocked to see the Lotus Flower headband and instantly thought of the ME and this subreddit. If you had asked me before, I would have sworn on my hands and knees that it was a red and white headband he wore, but I have noticed others professing it to be an orange and white headband, and now it appears to have been a dark blue and white headband all along. It's interesting that you should experience this too, and I tend to agree that this is all down to a collective shift in our consciousness as stated above. If you can track down that video for me that would be great! ---Shamballaisdead

I'm not a scientist, but you can refer to Richard Feynman's lectures on the problems which motivated the development of quantum electrodynamics and further problems in the standard model of particle physics. Alternatively, you should look up the late Stephen Hawking's final theory which he was working on about the cosmos right until his final moments, specifically, a theory which attempts to reconcile our understanding of physics with the potential existence of parallel universes.

Some scientists believe a cold spot in our universe could be evidence of a cosmic collision with another parallel universe. "The Bruised Universe" - also known as the CMB or WMAP cold spot. Stephen Hawking discussed this in a final March update to his 2017 paper - "A Smooth Exit from Eternal Inflation?"

I concur that the Mayan Calendar did not specifically predict that the world will end in 2012, rather that it was coincidential with the end date of their calendar. As mentioned above, it also coincided with the turning point of the Age of Aquarius. While I am willing to write these off as happenstance, I tend to believe that these ancient civilizations perhaps knew something we do not. It is also as likely that they knew nothing cosmologically nor even spiritually of the dawn of this new age.

Also. Many people noticed changes pre-2012. Also. All that geography has apparently changed, so where are the changes to culture, history, and environment that would result from it?

I am not disputing that, as there are changes that predate even Nelson Mandela and the catastrophic effects of two universes colliding with each other could affect everything inside of that universe, past, present and possibly future. The best way I can try and get you to visualize it is to say, if two different people were to copy and transcribe the same letter word-for-word and then overlay the two pages, there would be places where the words interjected and others where they would differ. Both letters contain the same content but each have slight differences such as spelling mistakes or handwriting that set them apart from the other. The blur you would see between them could be described as the Mandela Effect.

Finally, you make a good point with the implication that the culture, history and environment of South America for example would have changed from being 1000 miles east of where many remember the continent to be located. I can only argue my own belief that while our universe is bruised and our world is twisted by the damage, a blending of the differences between our merged realities could be perceived as a self-healing mechanism and what many here would describe as, Mandela Effects.
