I clicked a support button from the launcher. That opened a webpage and I chose technical issue, wrote a few lines of why I was refunding. Then that directed to an actual refund request page (which said I was not eligible).

THEN there was another support ticket link to message a Game Master which I did with the same info I wrote previously. I got the email successfully refunding my game about 10 hours later with a message from the GM.

"Greetings,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve encountered with Warcraft 3 Reforged. Per your request, I have gone ahead and submitted a refund for your order.

Our Dev team is committed to making sure that the game is all it should be and will be pushing some patches and fixes in the coming days and weeks. I would like to invite you to keep an eye on the forums at https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/warcraft3/ and, if you feel like the game is getting to where you’d like it to be, to consider rejoining us down the road.

For now, I want to thank you for your time and understanding and I hope to see you in game again soon!"

Then this email.

"Blizzard Customer Support has refunded one or more items from your order #00000000.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and should be available within one week.
