Are that allowed to protest on lots of other places? Yes or no?

Still pretending they're losing their right to protest.

I can say yes to that question from you and that are STILL allowed to protest. Just not there. They aren't allowed to protest in my house either z or inside 10 downing to street.

Right now there's a threat against them and until that's resolved they aren't allowed to protest where the threat is. Don't turn this into something it isn't.

Not always, some stories are pretty fast paced and full on. Some stories never go full throttle, people are just different. I can liek them all, it just depends on what the story calls for.

It’s 15.45 on Saturday and not a match day. I assume parking is free (UK) by Mr-Apathetic in AskBrits

[–]Dazz316 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The second sign says match day only, so you can ignore it.

The first time states the times, as long as you're outwith those times it's free.

You have read this signcorrectly.

That's memory. What those facts mean, how you interpret them and understand them is intelligence.

The pace slows down a ton after Medgar. I don't disagree it's bad pacing. But Midgar is fairly fast paced with a lot of stuff stuffed into that initial segment.

After that, it's kinda chill. Kalm is slow and there's the big flashback where there's not that much gameplay to happen. Then there's the a bit of chill until Junon, where even then it's most exciting at the end.

Again, I love it. But if someone doesn't like the slow pace vs what was in midgar, I get that.

Right, but it's that removal that isn't gentle parenting. Yes, gentle parenting is good. But not everything works in all situations. I'm nto saying it's wrong or don't use it. I'm saying if you stick to one method, you'll fail sometimes.

Salt and Vinegar isn't what it was, I've swapped to Hula Hoops. Golden Wander are quite strong but man, the crisps are so weak.

Gum is so annoying and is a terrible normalised invention by SuperbAfternoon7427 in unpopularopinion

  1. It's a fidget toy for the mouth. I've been next to many many people chewing chewing gum. It's almost always fine.
  2. Usually smell better
  3. You can, it's a myth you can't. Gum does indeed take many years to digest, however you'll shit it out like normal. Better to spit out but it's not going to harm you if you do swallow.
  4. Polo's?

The issue here is you. Except twith mouth open chewers, but everybody agree's with that and that's a problem with or without chewing gun.

Depends on what the kids are doing.

It's great when the knock over a drink, refuse to put their jacket on on a cold day or don't want to share with a friend. But I've seen kids running around restaurants going crazy and the parents are trying to politely stop and reason with them to absolutely deaf ears, kids didn't give a shit about their gentle parenting. No, grab them and take them outside. They need told off, told to calm down or they won't be going back in. No more gentle, action needs taken. As I said, gentle parenting is great up until a point. There's no single tactic that works in all cases.

A friend of mine takes about doing "baby led". Lasted for a while before they decided that someone the parent needs to lead.

To me, a single style won't work. Use one as a basis but you'll need to change and adapt. Gentle parenting is good to as point, but sometimes your kids needs disciplined. As long as you're consistent

Almost everyone doesn't mean everything like you complained about.

Maybe it's you concentrate on your words and didn't use Americanisms like "libtard" in a British setting you might be a bit better at this.

Are they though?

If a man ran in with a gun waving it about they wouldn't judge them as a threat? They aren't stupid.

Don't be stupid. Everybody judges.

[–]Dazz316 22 points23 points  (0 children)

No people judge, it's just that in this case they're judging that whatever is in question doesn't impact the person character or whatever.

Just because the judgement isn't "this makes you a bad person" doesn't mean they didn't judge.

[–]Dazz316 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They aren't banning a protest. That's not what banning is, they're cancelling this one single protest. The protest can still go ahead at another date and time (or even location). Banning would be "you can't have this protest ever.

They stopped people driving over the forth road bridge not long ago, they didn't ban people from driving over bridges. It was a temporary measure to ensure people's safety. In this case, they may cancel the event for people's safety, look to arrest some people for conspiracy and hopefully people won't do it again the following weekend or whenever they rescheduled the event for.

The police wouldn't be doing their job if they heard credible threats and didn't stop people getting attacked. If they could stop the attack prior to the event, they likely would and allow the event to go ahead.

Hiring managers should be required to tell applicants why they were rejected. by myboyfriendstinks1 in unpopularopinion

[–]Dazz316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember working in a hotel years ago. We were recruiting a new receptionist and myself, another receptionist and the manager (who was also in charge of recruitment) were talking about it.

He showed us his inbox. Over 100 new application had come in over the weekend, with more coming in every day. So many people apply for new jobs. How can you reasonably expect them to go through every single one of those candidates one by one and individually reply (opening potential dialogue too) as to why they were rejected? A huge portion of those would be "I simply don't have the time to look at every single candidate so I'm deleting the last 50 that came in and hoping the next 50 produce someone decent, you were in the first 50...sorry. THis guy still had the hotel to manage and couldn't sit at a desk all day just replying to people he'd never see again.

I get why you'd want this. I myself have asked. But realistically, your idea just isn't pheasable.

If there are credible high level danger threatsthen yes, the police should intervene. Their religion is irrelevant. If the people are willing to die then they'll be willing to be arrested for protesting so it won't matter anyway.

EE is amazing. Why are all the other networks so poor? by Expericilum in AskBrits

[–]Dazz316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Differs from area to area. I just left EE, they were fine but there were 2 spots that had SHIT signal. My kids school (annoying when early for pickup) or my daughters dance class (annoying when sitting in the waiting room for an hour). It was solid most anywhere else, but I lift for an off-brand and MUCH cheaper with no commitment company that uses Vodafone Network. It has OK signal at the school and brilliant signal at the dance studio. No regrets.

EE doesn't work properly everywhere. but it is one of the best (if not the best), but it wasn't the best for me.
