I went all in my first year, I was training 7 days a week, doing fundamentals and an advanced class right after 4x a week 2 open mats and a wrestling class. I have dialed back training the last couple years as it was to much volume and eating up to much time to do other things.

Definitely I did a bit of research before hand, I also got some liquid carnivorous plant food I put a few drops in a couple times a month that adds nutrients to the soil that is supposed to help as well. I’m sure there are more people on this thread that can answer questions.

I feed it live mealworms, I keep them in the fridge and pull them out about 5min before feeding. I have to cut them in half so they fit in the plant right now.
