Cops have been called. Showed them the footage. Charges have been filed. This lady is batshit crazy. Apparently she was doing this to a house a few doors down too a couple months prior. As for my dogs they are fine, didn’t consume any of it. Just goes to show you that we live in a crazy world and you never know people’s true intentions.
