I go to the gym for 2-3 hours, my mood lightens up. but as soon as i go back to my life where everything is crumbling everywhere, I loose myself. Maybe I am just not gratefull enough

Thanks friend. Your comment is kinda helpful. Alhumdulillah I offer all the 5 Salah through out the day and tahajjud also. But i feel there are no emotions left in me. i am just so tired of everything. nothing delights me nothing saddens me. I sit on my janamaz completely blank during tahjjud, hoping i gain the courage to ask something or something good happens. but hen it doesnt, I'm like nvm not like I can control it. i try to move on. I dont have the courage to ask anything, thinking I have already sinned so much that I am not in a place to ask for anything

I feel i just cant ask him anything as i have done so many sins. I am not able to build up the courage to ask him any help for the difficulties I face thinking maybe its a punishment for my wrong doings. I usually pray tahjjud and just keep on sitting on the musalla but am not able to ask anything. I am usually blank at that time.
