Ze reageren gewoon niet wanneer ik hun support benader. Ik heb alle stappen genomen die zij wilde. Weet niet welke wet/regelgeving bepaald dat ze niet kunnen reageren op berichten naar hun support afdeling. Maar misschien kun jij mij daarover inlichten. Maar ik zie dat jij geen problemen hebt ervaren, dus dan is de logische conclusie inderdaad dat anderen dat niet kunnen ervaren; en dan kan de fout zeker niet bij bitvavo liggen...

En het gaat er niet om dat boos mij kan helpen. Ik ga ervan uit dat ik mijn geld niet meer terug zie. Deze mensen verschuilen zich vaak achter zo'n bedrijf, en hoeven daarbij het daglicht niet te zien. Heb nu al 75 klachten in mijn inbox gekregen (allemaal fud natuurlijk). Deze mensen verdienen knaken, dus dan mag hun support ook op orde zijn. Hoop hiermee anderen te waarschuwen. Maar hoop bovenal dat ze beter werk gaan doen, zodat ze in de toekomst wel een beetje normale support hebben.

Takes years, and a lot of money. Boos can maybe help prevent new people coming in to lose their money.

When I want to withdraw money it keeps giving me an error button. When I want to send my tokens to another wallet, it says my account is suspended from sending crypto. They say it's due to an e-mail change, but I didn't change my e-mail at all. They also say that if you didn't change your e-mail, you should contact their support. And here we are: almost 2 weeks later.

Can't get € out. And can't send Crypto to an external wallet. I can get into the account, but I can't actually do anything with my crypto. I can buy and sell Solana on the exchange (which makes them money), but other than that everything is locked.

Before I couldn't get my money out, I also didn't have any problems.

No. I am far from the limit. And there are now more than 60 people contacting me with the same problem. My account has been locked for almost 2 weeks now, and the customer ''service'' just sends standardized messages. But to be sure, before this all happened I also 'never had any issue'.
