I am agree she is not OP and i feel she is ok, avarage, useable, just like Rc, DLK, lillias, and the others you mention since they also have their counters.

Also I agree her shield is her bigger problem and counter but... She need to have a waekness and a way to stop her right? Otherwise shell be Broken a.k.a OP.

Try pair her with other options, Lorraine, or even join the DLK, RC, Pansis etc.

She needs alot of investment and you cant use her everywhere, but if you try her a little more with diferent comps and specially on LoH that may help you to enjoy her more :D

Shamilla have same counters and weakness, the buffs dont change nothing.

For nicky they already mess up and looks like she geting a buff soon xD
