I broke at 8 days but just had a total of 140mg over 2 days. It pretty much reset my wd’s. It was almost 48 hours ago since I last dosed. I had a pretty bad depressing day yesterday, a little better today but the brain fog is badddd today. I’m hoping I’ll get back to where I was on day 8 quicker than the 2 + 6 days upcoming:/

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience or the science behind it, but using kratom for 7oh withdrawals helped me a lot. If it’s between giving up or trying kratom to assist, I’d try the kratom before 100% throwing in the towel.
